A dubplate is a numbered copy of the artist's master. It cost you once, it plays forever, and it would still play if we vanished. One day it can be passed on — with the artist paid again.

Soundcrate takes the music you already own and puts it on the same shelf — same library, same player, offline in your Vault, next to your dubplates. Private by design: never shared, never counted, never shown to anyone.
nobody pays to be heard
No ads, no subscriptions, no paid placement. What finds you is found by rules you can read, line by line — never by someone who paid to be there.
Releasing a record? You set the price, the size of the run and what's in it. You keep your catalogue, you're paid per record sold rather than per fraction of a play, and nobody can pay to be recommended ahead of you.
